It's easy to see child protection policy as red tape that gets in the way of ministry. The extra administration can feel like a burden for people who signed up to care for students, not to manage forms and spreadsheets. But good policy and practice are one of the clearest ways we tell students and parents they matter. This session will explore essential practices in student protection, show real examples of policy in action, and will provide a framework to build strong relationships with students and parents inside healthy boundaries.
