Krista is Director of Network Leadership Development at Northwest College and Seminary, where she coaches and mentors pastors and leaders across North America through Immerse, a seminary program built around real-life ministry rather than just classroom hours. But her real passion is simpler: helping people flourish. She believes the best growth happens in relationship, over coffee and honest conversation, not just in programs.
