Point Leader Gathering
This Point Leader Gathering is for anyone in charge of a youth ministry, whether it is a club, drop-in center, youth group, or camp.
We'll tackle the topic of student leadership and explore key questions like:

How can our theology of leadership help students grow as followers of Jesus, not just serve as helpers in ministry?

What are the principles and structures that lead to a healthy student leadership program?

How can we partner with camps, missions, and other ministries to rebuild the ministry leadership pipeline for the future of the Church?
Youth workers know that investing in student leaders isn’t just about today’s ministry—it’s about shaping the Church for decades to come. Let’s build something that lasts together.
This afternoon will feature lots of discussion, collaboration, and workshopping of best practices and ideas. You'll be seated around tables with like-minded ministry leaders and come away with practical next steps.
